Every project has an origin story. For ShyahTrailzDj, it started with a simple question: what would it feel like if a game responded to music the way a DJ responds to a crowd?

I had been thinking about the relationship between movement, rhythm, and visual feedback for a long time. Most music games feel like they are testing your reaction speed. I wanted something that felt more like you were part of the music itself — like you were the DJ, not just a player pressing buttons on cue.

The name came naturally from there. ShyahTrailzDj is a combination of my identity and the core mechanic of the game — trails that follow your movement, synced to the DJ energy of the soundtrack.

The vision from day one was to build something that felt unique. Not just another rhythm game. Something personal. I think we are getting there.
